    The service department is great. Honesty and integrity. The technician/ shop foreman always fixes my car correctly the first time. He always prioritizes my repairs for me.

    Ms. Betty made the process simple and easy to understand as always. Betty gave me the option for a same day appt but that didn’t work with my schedule. She got me in the next day and the team quickly got back to me on what the issue was with my car. Betty let me know estimate pricing and the exact reason each service was needed. At first I was told there wouldn’t be a loaner car available- after diagnosing my car and letting me know I shouldn’t drive it in the meantime, knowing this was going to be a multiple day project (and a holiday weekend) Betty was able to find me a loaner vehicle. The work was completed quickly and I got my car back!

    Failed to provide a full diagnostic repair caused a return within 2 weeks for additional repairs that could have caused engine damage. There were several noted problems by the tech that were never investigated. I brought my concerns to the Service Manager and GM and have not heard back in weeks. I was there again for service on my 24 ACS and most likely not continue with VW and this location once I retire these vehicles. I used to be a 5 star happy customer... I'm now a 1 star - frustrated and disappointed. Also to note they lost my purchasing my 3rd VW as well... We went to Ford.
