After the service my dash still showed Oil change need… someone didn’t finish job, when I called and tell about it, your team ask me to do it by myself. Also, we mentioned about the passanger mirror (what we had problem with the same one before and your people fix it) now the small light is broken. I was waiting almost the week for no answer. Called again, and warranty will not cover this, but we think is connected with the problem what we had before. Also, we still have a problem with our radio unit. It is gonna be a 3rd or 4th timed when we going to the service with the same kind of issues (not always but many times radio doesn’t have a sound). It is the problem becouse you can’t make or answer the phone calls and it very weird, becosue this problem shows not all the time. Your team couldn’t detected where is the problem and we come back to the same point all the time. It cost us lot of the time, but this problem is never solved. I don’t think we are going to choose VW for our car. We never get the answer what we can do to make a recall… If the same problem with radio unit come all the time even when radio unit was change for new one, something is definetely not right.
